Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your city. You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. For full terms, see our Return Policy page.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals and labels intact.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare items can only be returned if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect — not for change of mind.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
